PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING

Akanani is in the process of expanding its
manufacturing plant to introduce a plastic injection
moulding division which will receive raw material
from our committed plastic polymer suppliers and our
recycling division.

PLASTIC RECYCLING

Our plastic recycling division focuses on collecting
waste materials and converting it through various
manufacturing processes into pelletized recycled
products for our in-house injection molding division
and external markets.

Akanani provides a range of specialized manufacturing services to a diverse range of industries.
We manufacture wide range of electrical appliances such as Two plate stoves, electrical heaters, and tooling up for production of jug kettles. In future we will look at diversifying our range into paraffin, gas and other products for the African markets


Electrical Automotive Plastic Injection Molding

The Injection Molding is a process method used in mass production of plastic parts with complex shapes. The advantages of the injection molding are fast production speed, high, efficiency, automatic, operation, variety of colours, shapes from simple to complex, the size can be from large to small. The size of the injection molded parts with complex shape can be molded.
Akanani intends to build a Tooling Molding facility for Auto Plastic Part Mold based on customers specification, The new line of product will include the following automotive parts
